I should have followed the warnings from the other reviews but thought “how bad could a simple registration be?”. It is bad. The navigation covers the form fields midway through the state selection. The fields don’t auto populate with profile information saved on your phone. The worst is that there is no feedback on form submission. You don’t know if it was successful or if there were errors. I ended up just registering online. There is zero value with having this app.

This app is completely unnecessary and users would be better served by a full-featured website. You don’t receive any sort of email confirmation that you’ve registered the product and there’s no dashboard to view the products you have registered within the app despite creating an account. I found there is a form for product registration on their website, but the only reason I registered through the app was because the manual stated the warranty would be extended from 180 days to 1 year for free. The account on the website also appears to be completely separate from the app as my password was not recognized in the app after I signed up on the website first.

Car seat instructions stated this app is needed to register the product. No website option. Downloaded it, and filled out everything. Checked yes for email and text, but I received no confirmation. The app doesn’t have a list of your products registered, either, so there is no way to confirm it. Nothing else in the app that’s worth doing. Just make a website for people to register products, and send them an email to confirm.
