It’s easy to pay but I’ve never seen an app for something like this that does NOT allow you to save your login information or turn on FaceID. Therefore, you have to constantly log into the app. But on top of it, I’ve had the app for MONTHS and every time I go into it, it prompts me to see if I want to download the application for the phone. Seriously?

It’s been nearly 3 months and yet will this app let me create a account, it keeps telling me “error” I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and 100 plus times made sure my info is correct when entering it. How are we suppose to no what our new customer account number is if we haven’t been given it? I wish I was part of the ones that have created their account with no issues but sadly I’m not.

When they turn on your service they don’t warn you they don’t physically turn your gas line on until you ask so you find out when it’s cold and your furnace won’t turn on and you pay for a service call to get your furnace fixed and of course say it’s not their fault and won’t cover the service fee after you already paid the utilities company to connect the services and didn’t do their job
