Got all the way through the creative account portion trying to upload a picture of my ID and it’s not allowed because there are two pictures on it. I tried multiple times.
This app isn’t very user friendly. The app doesn’t allow you to enter your birthdate, only the date of the day you’re trying to enter info. Now when I try to open the app, it says no card found. Ugh, so difficult!!!
Two different accounts for the same ID system. No choice but to enter highly sensitive personal information into TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS to get this done. I would NEVER share this information like this if it didn’t involve my child. And this company KNOWS IT. If my identity gets stolen, this is the first place I will come to investigate where it was stolen.
