Horizon Chase

Horizon Chase brings high octane racing from Top Gear, with the aesthetics of a Need For Speed game, in that it's vibrant and colorful, and high octane in that it requires quick reaction times and split second decision making. The game is almost the antithesis of a common mobile game, you unlock cars by racing your heart out in world tour cups, bonus circuits, or campaign mode races. The use for real money? buying campaigns of course! some do come with cars, but every car has a campaign bundled in with it, one that fits with the car's aesthetic. The only break in this rule is the old car set, which is only cars. The World Tour is where you'll spend most of your time outside of campaigns. It's where bonus races and cups give you cars, and the in game currency. This currency is used to unlock stuff early, such as bonus races or entire locations. Overall, this game is incredible in execution.

Awesome, but it needs more. I love the game and how it’s developed but it lacks a lot of things that would make it REALLY good. First of all the price to buy the full version is a bit much in my opinion. Maybe $1.99 or something instead of $2.99 would work better for me. But as for the actual game, I wish there were more features other than just racing around some simplistic tracks. It would be cool to really customize your car with lots of cool options like paint, decals, body kits, wings, etc. I’d also love to see features like free roam (in an endless city or something based on whichever region you choose), friend racing, and creating your own tracks. This would add another amazing layer to the game and would really make me want to continue playing and purchasing things in-game. It’s been 4 months as of me writing this, since the developers had their last update, so I hope they didn’t just abandon the game. I hope they listen to this and consider what I and many others are saying. Thanks :)

I’ve had this game for about a year now but I mainly played it on my iPad before I downloaded it on my phone. The graphics of the game are phenomenal better than any racing game I’ve seen on the App Store! The tracks are very creative and the cars are just awesome! One problem I have with this game is that it’s constantly crashing... There are times when I launch the app and the game just crashes on start up. There are other times when I put my phone on sleep mode and leave the app in the background running and when I go and start playing again it just crashes which is really annoying. Another thing, one time I was playing the game and racking up my points to unlock the cups and bonus races. Not even 1 hour into the game and I crashes and I lost all my data that I saved in the last 15 minutes. I was mad to reopen my game and notice that the wins I had saved were gone. I just hope that this gets fixed cause I don’t want to have to go through the crashes again! Thank You.
