I am a sports person and love to play cricket. Last month I needed a pair of sports shoes for the cricket match and one of my colleagues suggested to purchase Adidas Sports Shoes from HomeShop18. As per his suggestion, I installed the HomeShop18 app on my phone. I searched the shoes which were looking good and matched all the options available in the app. Navigation was also working fine in the mobile app which helped me to find running offers in the app. Useful mobile app for online shopping.

Not just the app, strongly recommend not to use HomeShop18 even to purchase through website. My first purchase in Homeshop 18. I entered my details in Homeshop 18 App and bought a night suit (I actually received a nighty, however thats not my complaint). I receive a call from a person calling from Homeshop 18 Noida office saying you are the Lucky winner of a car worth 12 Lakhs and to redeem it in cash he asked for Bank account details. It was clear that it was a fake/spam call hence i disconnected immediately. Now my concern is he knew all the details mentioned in Homeshop18, my name, number, where I stay etc. This is a serious security concern where either Homeshop18 has shared all my details to external parties or Homeshop18 is hacked and all its customer details are out there and getting used by such spammers with wrong intentions. I was well aware of such calls and hence got away unhurt, but if it was someone else he/she could have lost all his/her money because of this sheer negligence from Homeshop18. I am going to lodge a FIR against Homeshop18. I even wrote to the legal team of HomeShop18 but no response, which made it more evident that they are well aware of the situation. This was my first purchase in Homeshop18, where i have received a wrong product. So obviously after my first and worst experience I will never shop again and will recommend everyone to stay away from Homeshop18.

I have order for Air cooler and make payment through Bank but sorry to say that almost 20 Days past they Refused that payment is not Received So many phone call made but customer care never Solved my problem very poor service I Requeste Every one Never purchase any thing from HomeShop18 Deeak Doshi
