Hollywood Burger Official

So cool that they have an app! Makes it easier to order my VIP burger!

I really enjoy this restaurant so I was excited to see they have a mobile app for easy ordering. I ordered from Hollywood Burger using the app. When I got home and looked at the bag, I found they forgot the fries which is a bummer but I understand it happens. I tried to report that the order had missing items, but the app has no function for that. The app gives you the option to call the store, but the store, while very nice on the phone, did not know how to refund the fry portion of my order. Hollywood burger does not have an email I can contact either, so I’m left with no fries and no help. Please add a support function.
