Booked a Simple delivery within the City. It took them 6 days to figure out and put 3 escalation tickets with no resolutions. The customer care is a joke. They don’t provide any resolution but will create a hype that your request is a priority. Very false advertisement of this app and this company. This would be the last time I’m ordering from this business. Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere. 0 out of 5 rating.

The experience was too good. The packing was absolutely perfect. The product was seal packed and properly safely delivered. And the quality of fish oil & biotin is the best. Behaviour & services for Customer is best.♥️🤟🏻

I did my first purchase from HealthKart and i guess it is my last one. My order was expected to be delivered by 3rd of June, suddenly on 3rd order status changes to ‘order delayed due to external factors’ and when I try to call their customer care, I only get the same message through their recorded messenger, no customer care executive available to ensure and convey then order status. The saddest part is the order was in transit 3 days before my estimated delivery date, at a location which is 10 minutes from my house and I am trying to reach out to them so that I could collect it myself if there’s a delay, and I fail to reach anyone through customer care. Would never recommend this to anyone
