I love how this app also provides wellness resources such as: post patient death. It also has a daily check in feature. As nurses who often put ourselves last, i love how it caters to making sure we prioritize ourselves! I can go on & on about this app. Thank you healthcares strong team for being an incredible resource to those who deserve it the most!

As a nurse AND nurse health coach, I can honestly say this app is a game changer. Healthcare Strong truly gets what we go through — the stress, the exhaustion, and the constant need to pour from an empty cup. Healthcare Strong is an all-in-one wellness app for all healthcare workers! As a night shift nurse, it’s important for me to get my workouts done in an efficient way and this app helps with that AND MORE! The app features easy to follow workouts that fit my crazy schedule, meal plans, mindfulness and breathwork tools and the unique progress and sleep tracking. What more could you want?!
