I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now. From a basic features and functional perspective, I don’t have many complaints. However, I would request that the Alarm functionality be modified so that you can either change the noise to a vibration and remove the alarm entirely while the application is in use - playback will get interrupted often due the alarm getting set off. This would improve the user experience substantially. Thanks

I downloaded this app that came with the camera. When you are on the network it works ok. When traveling it tells you the camera is offline. The signal strength to the camera from router is 91%, and I am in a 5G zone. When it reported the camera was offline I went home to check it and the camera was on. At best the app is spotty, and the charges for the cloud are not what it shows on app. Now I have to dispute the charge. It states a $1.99 for one month of basic cloud but charges you $4.02. I this the best bet is reporting this app to Apple as fault and a scam. I would not recommend the app at all. I do technology based in privacy, security and forensics. I am no slug to technology and how this should work.

Was a good buy at first but most of my cameras stopped working and cannot connect anymore. Only lasted a couple months. My only last camera working just stopped working today and have the same issues as the other ones. They’re useless now if they’re not connecting properly although it says it is already. It’s frustrating. I hear the camera turn into night mode still though although it says the camera is offline. Please fix this ASAP! I need my cameras to work again for security and safety purposes. You have a good product...just need it to work how it’s supposed to when it’s supposed to.
