Havells DigiTap

I’m currently using a Cabtree smart socket, but I’ve noticed an issue with the Electricity Monitor tab. The real-time voltage and current readings are significantly delayed compared to the actual values. When I tested it against a real monitor, I found that the Digitap app displays readings at least 10 seconds late. This delay is causing major problems, especially for automations—like turning off the socket if the voltage drops below 160V—because the action is triggered too late. In those 10 seconds, connected devices could be damaged. Could you please look into this issue and let us know whether the delay is caused by the product itself or the app?

The day i bought the device was not able to connect with the application. I was getting constant message related to connectivity. My internet connection was working fine though. Next day app worked and was able to connect with tge device seamlessly. Product is good. App is bit buggy sometimes.

I am using this smart switch for more than two months now and very much satisfied with performance of it .
