Hanmi Mobile Banking

I love the mobil app it linked all of my accounts where I can see them. And the added plus is the function that you can transfer the funds to the other accounts. And you can stop payment on a check. Without having to physically go to the bank.

Looks nice, navigates easily. The app itself is okay. The bank itself, makes it a bit harder use. Always calls me whenever I want to make a transfer between accounts if don’t answer, no one ever picks up the phone when I call back, if it’s after hours, they cancel my request or refuse my written check.

This bank is pathetic & is only around thanks to Korean immigrants who don’t know any better. There is a $500 daily limit for their debit card & atm withdrawal which is ridiculous in this day & age. They also don’t provide tap to pay for their cards which is really basic technology. Also when you sign up for e statement, you’re basically signing up to never receive statements at all as they never send them through emails as written in their estatement agreement. Also you can’t print out your statements yourself and they charge you at the branches to do so. Ridiculous.
