Worst Hotel App

Doesnโ€™t work - you can login to your โ€œaccountโ€ but cannot do anything with it. We tried ordering room service, were prompted through a checkout option and waited over and hour and a half for food (sandwiches, fruit, a salad and water). We tried contacting staff through the messaging system on app with no response. We finally called down to room service, who said they never received our order.

Not all hotels app are updated

Some hotels have their dedicated section of the app updated and others donโ€™t. I realized that. The hotel Iโ€™m staying at (Ocean Coral Spring - Jamaica) does. It have an updated app section. That is a shame, but I assume that is just an expense the hotel is not will ing to make.

Horrible App and hotel knows nothing

Unable to login here as a privilege guest for 6 night and 7 days, canโ€™t login to app and the hotel staff have no idea how to fix it. Iโ€™ve asked guest services, Conceierge, front desk and reservations and no one can fix the issue. What a waste. Iโ€™ve spoken to other guest 90 percent of them are unable to login. Terrible experience
