Absolutely terrible app. Being required to use this app to access any resort features makes me wish I stayed elsewhere. You need the app to view a map of the resort. The app is extremely slow to load anything and you are forced to make an account to book services. If you are downloading the app it is likely too late for you, but do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere until TUI Blue changes course and decides not to rely solely on this useless app. 0 stars would be too high.

Please please please - if you’re going to run a hotel by app alone you better get it right. We haven’t been able to find anything! Menus, Room Service, spa services, WHERE ARE THESE???
A good reason NOT to stay at the hotel which is otherwise quite nice.

App keeps on crashing on Discover tab. Also I can not book hotel through the app. It keeps on crashing.
