Guiding Ring: Elden Companion

The screen goes black fairly frequently and you have to close and reloaded to get in. The new ads, which I understand, many times won’t close obscuring the screen. Killing the app and restarting it sometimes resolved both these issues. Sometimes they’re still there after you reload. Part of the time I just give up and search someone else’s application for this. That said I prefer this one and I was actually considering paying but not in its current state.

This app is incredible, so useful and cleaner than the others. My only gripe is when I click on an item on the map, my map jumps down and to the right. This causes the item informational to pop up, but I’m now somewhere else on the map, pretty frustrating when I’m trying to find a specific item. Would be a perfect 5 for me without this issue

Love this app. It’s really changing the way I play this game and helps me feel more prepared to tackled the challenges of Elden Ring. Unfortunately, many features are locked behind a subscription. I’m not against apps making money. It allows the creators to continue making products like this. However, I would have been much happier to pay a one-time purchase in order to unlock the content rather than pay monthly. It’s a super small subscription fee, so it doesn’t hinder the product much; it just feels a little unnecessary when it could have been a one-time purchase. Overall, fantastic app.
