ER Companion

I’ve been using this app recently and it has been a wonderful alternative to going on the internet everytime I need to remember how to get something, my only complaint is that some items from the dlc do not show up in the build editor or in the crafting side. I do know that the team is working diligently for everything but it’s just something I’m waiting on at the moment. Overall very good app from when I used it last

My main issues keeping the rating down are: - An inconsistent cross save, so I only use the app on one device now. - There is a lot of missing info for a lot of the items. - The map location for an item can be off a bit making you go to the wrong side of a wall or cliff and can’t find even a hint of what you’re looking for, and since the item info is gone you have no idea you’re in the wrong spot. - Tapping/selecting items can be hit or miss. All that being said the amount of work put into this application is amazing, and why I still call this my favorite companion app even though I gave it an average rating. Came back to lower the rating because trying to import saves manually breaks the app so bad that it has t9 be uninstalled and reinstalled just to get it working again.

The app is full of useful information! It’s a great resource to use but there are 4 categories that are locked behind a pay wall. Gear lists, build planner, items & Recipes, and guides. These I’m sure are great to use but I’m not going to pay 3$ a month just to look at them. If the app was just 5$ to buy out right I would spend the money but a subscription service seems a little much for me. Another thing I like is the ability to toggle map icons on and off so, If your just exploring looking for one type of thing there isn’t a bunch of icons crowding the screen. Hope this review helps!
