I love this store for there clothes are cute š„° but I just have one āļø thing thatās bad to say thereCombat boots the souls come out the shoes and theyāre very uncomfortable donāt even bother to buy them you pay 30$ something dollars for nothing why charge a lot for shoes if there not Properly goodQuality thatās not right you should be selling them cheaper or not at all or pull them back and make shore getShoes combat boots that the souls are comfortable and good quality not this not just say Iām a tag but actually mean the sales pitch, I wanted to buyHigh heel boots but I was afraid that the souls will also come out from though so thatās why I didnāt even bother other then thatI hope you take my advice in to consideration pretty please your store is amazing and has so much potential donāt let one incident keep yeah fromAchieving more sales fix the problem to make things better for yourselves your company and for the people that buy from you to make your customers šššš„ŗš„°šš¼

The app was pretty easy to use but my problems started when I placed my order. I ordered a jumpsuit from them for my Christmas outfit. When I placed my order it was within the 5-7 business days to be delivered before Christmas Eve. When it still hadnāt shipped and was āprocessingā days after I placed my order, I emailed customer service to just cancel the order since it wouldnāt be here in time. But days later it shipped and after it had already shipped out I finally got an email stating it canāt be canceled. Its passed the 5-7 days and my order is still being processed in NY I think and itās been there for 3 days. I personally wouldnāt order from them again since I live in the US but I guess if youāre already in Canada Iām sure shipping is better.
