The app was pretty easy to use but my problems started when I placed my order. I ordered a jumpsuit from them for my Christmas outfit. When I placed my order it was within the 5-7 business days to be delivered before Christmas Eve. When it still hadn’t shipped and was “processing” days after I placed my order, I emailed customer service to just cancel the order since it wouldn’t be here in time. But days later it shipped and after it had already shipped out I finally got an email stating it can’t be canceled. Its passed the 5-7 days and my order is still being processed in NY I think and it’s been there for 3 days. I personally wouldn’t order from them again since I live in the US but I guess if you’re already in Canada I’m sure shipping is better.
