The performance of this banking app has been highly disappointing. It is particularly unreliable during critical moments when urgent payments or transactions are required. It will instantly log you out and that is frustrating. I am aware that this review may not lead to any improvements, as numerous similar complaints have gone unaddressed. The utility of this app is severely undermined by its consistent failures. Given these issues, I find the overall experience unsatisfactory and cannot, in good conscience, recommend its use to others.

This latest update is very wonderful and it’s been very good to me. But I just want to make a suggestion and that is, I think when using the mobile money section to send money thru the app, there should be some kind of messages from GTBank telling the receiver that money have been credited to his or her mobile money account and not only the normal mobile money messages sent from MTN. That would make transactions great and easy to identify by the receiver. I really love the latest update. Thank you👍

Update: Giving this app a 2 Star rating because it looks like the developers have abandoned it. No updates. Even the new Mobile money feature is not on here. I will increase my star rating once an update happens. The developers are too dormant or the bank is not paying it’s developers to work on the iPhone App. This App works great. It does all that I need it to do. I’m able to work my account from anywhere in the world with Internet. I didn’t give a 5 Star because I need this to have the face recognition or touch login feature. Highly recommend.
