GCB Mobile App

Ever since I started using this bank account alway having issues with deposit from mobile to account last time I tried sending money to my account, I sent 500 first it didn’t then I sent 100 again , for a whole day it didn’t reflect I called them and WhatsApp them but they didn’t respond their customers service very poor I was then for two days contract them again no reply, later got a message of 500 deposit to my account but never received the 100 I sent the second time up to now , please work on your system well not just the app and graphics

Everyone here seems to be complaining about the app, but the app has the best features and makes banking easier. Fine, sometimes you may experience challenges but overall, this app works so well. So far so good 👍🏼

The worst banking system in Ghana, I wanted to do some online registration which has a limited time for it, I transferred money to my bank account, money was dedicated but didn’t reflect in my bank account. I called their office toll free number for help and they collected my details till now I have received my money or my refund and the registration deadline time was up. In fact their digital banking system or Electronic banking system is very very Poor. I also mistakenly did a transaction into my virtual card which I called them to transfer it back into my main account, they told me nothing can be done unless I visit my bank branch for them to solve it for me. But I was able to use another financial app to transfer the money from my virtual card back into my main account in less than three minutes. But The GCB themselves wouldn’t even do that. Very very bad service and very poor electronic banking system. If GCB would have been the only bank in Ghana, I will forever use Mobile Money or keep my money under my pillows.
