God forbid your flight or luggage is delayed. They do not pay attention to the pick up time you set, just the flight number when its supposed to land. I purposely set my pick up time for 30 mins after landing but my luggage was delayed by 30 mins. They said they will not wait an hour past the moment your flight lands, which left me stranded with my service dog and 3 huge bags. Even though my pick up time was only having them wait for 25 mins. they still charged me though. ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL.

I tried to use Go Sedan for the first time. Gave them my flight number to pick me up at the airport. No one at baggage claim. When I called to inquire when the car would arrive I was told I would have to wait an hour for my driver. What??!! With all of the competition out there, this company will not survive. I canceled the ride and got one elsewhere. They also precharged my American Express a day before the reservation. I am obviously disputing this charge and not paying.

I had a miserable experience with GoSedan. My driver was not yet at the airport when I landed, so I was assigned a new driver. I had to go through a dispatch service for all of this, so each piece of information came to me in the form of a new phone call after several minutes. After waiting for the driver outside for several minutes while I could see he had not moved on the map—he already should have been present, they had my flight info!—I requested to cancel so I could just take a cab. I was told I could not cancel unless I forfeited the full fare INCLUDING TIP! I will never make the mistake of using this place again, you should take your business elsewhere.
