There’s a few reasons why this app is one of my favorite on my phone. When you purchase the program, whether for at home or the gym, you unlock work outs that are easy enough for a beginner to complete but still challenging to the muscles, as well as meal plans, articles answering questions we are all wondering about, daily motivation, and a Starbucks guide for guilt-free coffee drinking! The program is fantastic and even just doing the home version- I feel great. The improvements come quickly and submitting my photos along with countless other clients has made me feel inspired to keep pushing. The customer service within this company is nearly unmatched. I made a mistake when registering for my account after purchasing the program and I was guided every step of the way through troubleshooting and speaking with a representative who fixed the problem I created. They were quick about the fix and everything worked out. I was impressed that they were so willing to work with me though I made the mistake! Niki and Rauve have done such an incredible time with this app. I have been following them since their start with Shedfat. I worked with Rauve 1-1 with the original booty plan but with the plan having TOO MANY words and lack of instructional videos; I felt like I was doing everything wrong and just quit. But when I found them going solo in their business and coming up with Good fitness WITH VIDEOS it allowed me to get the desire to attach my goals all over again. Once the launch took place, I waited until I could spare the money for the app and purchased it ASAP. This app was everything I expected it would be - years ago. It’s easy to get around, videos are perfect for visual learning, they included blog post on advice for Starbucks or other restaurants menus that you can choose from GUILT FREE! They also include advice not just give up. I love that, when I haven’t logged in the app in a few days - I will get a notification saying to like “keep fighting don’t quit” - makes me wonder, “how do they know I haven’t been working out?” Pretty strange but very needed. It’s the reminded push that gets you to succeed. And for me personally, recently I had to start the plan all over because of this two week long flu I’m facing but that’s ok because it’s so easy to repeat a day without the pressure. Before I purchased the program I was a little hesitant because we all know everyone claims to have these magical programs that work! After talking to a few girls that were already on the program and watching the IG videos Rauve and Nikki would post, I decided to try it for myself and I am so glad I did!!! Let me tell you, this program is legit! If you follow it like you should and work hard, you WILL SEE RESULTS! Doesn’t even take long to see them. I saw a lift in my booty by the second week! You will see your booty more rounded and defined and you will gain muscle in the right areas at the same time. I love my results so far! Not only are the workouts easy to follow (you get video clips on how to do each one) They also include a nutrition plan and tell you pretty much step by step what you should be doing/following. They’re app is super easy to navigate and has everything you need in it! Rauve and Nikki will always answer any questions you may have. They are super positive people and are always sharing tips on how to work that booty! You will not be disappointed! Can’t go wrong with the price and only a one time fee compared to these other programs out there. Extremely happy with my good fitness app and the program! Thank you guys!!
