1. Online payment functionality is not working. It will generate your bill but it doesn't go through the payment via merchant (paymaya/gcash/bank). Nagha-hang na lang. 2. I promptly submitted the OVR ticket to initiate the online payment process via the app but it took them at least a month at "for checking" status before the PAY NOW option is activated. And when it did, i was imposed with penalties. Like WTFF?! 3. Also, it doesn't have user support for repporting app user issues. The contact numbers provided for reporting are not responsive. Doesn't reply. The landline number isn't answering calls and the mobile number isn't replying to texts. Fortunately, their email is responsive and helpful.

This app makes you believe you can pay for your City Tax Obligations. It has a Wallet that makes you think you can use for this purpose, only to dind out that upon initializing the payment steps that the pay through digitak wallet option is missing. And this is after you've already transfered real money to that digital wallet. Credit card option also does not pish through. Bank transfer option is sketchy because they're asking you to transfer money to the developer's bank account instead of the city. They aren't even responsive to email inquiries. You should be wary of this app (and the city government for that matter for allowing this to continue).

Despite some glitches, this is better than nothing. After confirming and clicking “Pay Now”, Visa/ Mastercard payment failed and just showed a white screen. Good thing I received a text that the transaction failed, which eases my worry on getting charged despite it not reflecting in the system. I ended up using Online Bank Transfer via Unionbank, and my transaction was confirmed within 6 hours. This payment method was also 180 pesos cheaper since there was no added service fee. Wish they’d just e-mail me a photocopy of my Official Receipt though especially when COVID-19 is still there.
