Nice idea, terribly implemented. 1. Ads cut in randomly mid-programme when listening to live radio. Why?! The live programmes themselves have ads! 2. You HAVE to register to use. If you forget your password, follow the link in the e-mail and set a new password, the app doesn't accept the new password. You are therefore prevented from being able to use the app at all as it insists you log in - at best you get to "Try as guest" but this is time limited and you can only do this once. 3. The interface is way too busy. Only parts of programmes are podcasted. If I want to listen to parts of a full programme I need to go Schedule and Catchup and play it from there. However the scrubbing feature is very buggy and if you skip too often or too frequently it seems to crash and then start over from the start.

Whether you are on the app or via website, the experience of using this app is hugely frustrating, so confusing to use, clunky, and certainly not user friendly. I don’t usually write reviews but this app is so so bad I couldn’t now. It’s near impossible to navigate- for example to find the listen back option to radio shows etc. I listen to a certain station online that has changed to this app and if there was a way of not using it I would. I hope they change back to their own app. If I could give zero stars I would.

This app is too busy. It takes too long to find for live radio station and most of the time I just switch to a different station that is not on the app. Todayfm shows were easier to find prior to the app. I work in TEL, the app should focus more on the user friendly aspect. Great options on it, just too busy!
