It's very slow, freezing continuously, and bombards me with unnecessary device limit pop-ups even when I'm only using one device. Also despite my TV being on the list of supported devices, the Now TV app still doesn't appear, which adds to my frustration. Consequently, I'm left with no choice but to Chromecast from my iPhone to watch the content on the TV which rarely works neither. The app's poor performance significantly impacts my overall user experience and makes it difficult to enjoy the brilliant content library that Now TV offers. Despite the great selection of shows and movies, the constant app issues have pushed me to the point where I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription. It's truly a pity that such potential is overshadowed by the app's persistent problems, leading to my dissatisfaction with the service as a whole. Moreover, I must mention that the customer service provided by Now TV was also useless and awful. Despite reaching out for help with the app's problems, they were unable to offer any meaningful solutions or assistance. The lack of effective customer support only added to my frustration and disappointment with the overall experience. The combination of the app's performance issues and poor customer service has solidified my decision to cancel my subscription to Now TV. It's unfortunate that such a promising content library is marred by these significant drawbacks.

I love now tv. Unbelievable selection of the best movies and tv shows of all time. Recently you could only have four devices and make only one change per month. Now you can register up to six devices and there is no limit to the changes you make. This is great since I was waiting to put it on my iPad and Mac. Also, recently it was made possible for downloading content for use on the go. This is perfectly convenient for train or plane journeys or even at an area without WiFi. Overall now tv is a brilliant way to catch up on all those titles you’ve missed. The price is good but better still you can sometimes avail of promotions.
