I signed up with them and paid 2100 for 3 months service hoping to get the seevices as they claim in their app. So called, flashy app has nothing but crooks sitting behind and trying to make fool out of customers. First, they told me that the service will start in 15 days. So I waited and when nobody arrived or called me for the car cleaning, I reached out to these crooks asking about where the heck is my cleaning service I paid for ?? Then they told me to wait for another 15 days, which I denied. They asked me to wait for atleast 5 days saying that this will surely work this time. So I waited. But again to no avail. On 6th day I asked them to cancel my service and refund my money. For which they replied me that they had initiated the refund and it will be processed in 7 business days. To my surprise, even after waiting for 17 days, I did not receive any refund. I reached out to them asking about the refund and they did not reply. I wish I had an option to share the screenshots of my conversation with these people, it would have saved a lot of other people’s time and money. Fortunately, I paid with my Amex card and they are very good in keeping a check on fraudsters like these so I disputed this charge and filed a chargeback.

I recently experienced a car cleaning service that exceeded all my expectations. The trained staff at this establishment completed all my car cleaning needs flawlessly. The very affordable pricing made it even more appealing, and their good customer support was evident throughout. Using their app for daily car cleaning was a breeze, and the service provided by their experienced professionals was truly top-notch. I was particularly impressed by their on-time service. Overall, this is a service that I highly recommend to anyone in need of car cleaning.

Don’t fall for their service trap. They are a scam. I had requested for their car cleaning service on 29 July 2023 and made the payment, the scheduled start start date was almost 10 days after the payment on 10 Aug 2023. I waited patiently after making the payment but the service didn’t start. I called their support number 100s of times, but nobody ever responded. On WhatsApp I requested for a refund and they said they will give me a refund within 7-10 working days. This happened on 10 Aug 2023 and it’s 23 Aug 2023 but they haven’t given me the refund till now. The calls to their support number goes unanswered everytime. On sending messages to their number on WhatsApp they just say they will check and get back but they never do. Ridiculous! Stay away from their service.
