Application is too slow

It’s showing that my order has been delivered, and I didn’t receive anything and when i click the HELP for order, nothing’s happening. No customer support to contact. It’s suppose to be for my son’s birthday. I got scammed..

I ordered a pair of shoes from the app on June 22, 2025, after seeing that my size was available. I completed the payment using my card and received only an Order No.—no clear transaction or tracking details. I kept waiting for updates, but the status stayed at “On Process” for several days. Then on June 28, I received an email stating that the item was no longer available and that a refund would be processed within 14 days. This was extremely frustrating, especially since this has happened to me three times already—all three of my orders ended up being canceled despite being marked as available when I purchased them. To make things worse, when trying to check order information or browse the app, I often encounter errors like “File directory not found,” making the whole process unreliable and confusing. This issue doesn’t seem isolated, as others have experienced the same thing. It’s disappointing to see the app advertising stock that doesn’t actually exist. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and improve the accuracy of their inventory and overall user experience.
