Wow, yet another review on how bad this app is. They do send you an email but can’t send you an SMS? So instead of letting you confirm by email they just tell you in the email to check your SMS that never comes? Why not just confirm with email. Good grief. Also, the search is terrible and does not always show the options or even the correct times. For the love, hire someone that knows how to make a proper app and stop embarrassing yourselves. I travel all over the world and this is one of the worst.

Just like everyone else has said, this app will not SMS authenticate to USA or CAN +1 phone numbers. Frustrating when the tap-to-pay doesn’t work at the Sorrento Station and you have to wait in a long line at a ticket counter moving slowly you miss the train.

App did not send sms to my US phone number and had to call to get my account verified. A worker on the phone spoke English which was helpful. But the app itself is very difficult to navigate and seems to not have many locations programmed into it. I’ve seen “no solutions” too many times to count. I would recommend just buying a ticket at the station unless you have to use the app like I did when I went to a station without a ticket machine
