I travel in Europe a lot. I use all kinds of apps. Some are great some need work. This is at the top of my Top 3 worst European apps. I’m sure more people would agree but seeing as every review on here is saying how bad it is for years and they have never fixed it they obviously couldn’t care less. Let me tell you…The online desktop version wasn’t much better and I wasn’t able to complete a purchase there either. For the Love of all that is good and Holy, please Napoli, ask one of those saints in one of your hundreds of churches to send you someone that actually passed basic programming 101.
This app doesn’t use face recognition or keychain, so you may have the fun of trying to enter your credentials on a moving train. It also loses track of your subscription regularly. Sometime after logging in a few times, the app will find it. Today, I even tried reinstalling it, and it still says I haven’t subscribed. Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever seen.
When I opened the app it was a gamble whether the pass would appear. It also times out and requires you to log back in regularly, which can be a pain with weak cell service/WiFi especially on transit Ultimately ended up using the web browser version most of the trip.
