0-Star – Extremely Disappointed My experience with Globe Life has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. My husband has a whole life insurance policy with Globe Life, and I am an authorized user on the account. Despite that, we have been repeatedly mishandled by customer service representatives. We were instructed to re-register our online account, which we did. However, we continue to experience the same problems. We have had to reset our password multiple times, and we are still unable to make payments through the app. Every time we call for assistance, we receive different answers instead of an actual solution. Even worse, several representatives have been rude, dismissive, and have hung up while I was trying to explain the situation. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. Customer service representatives should be trained to listen, communicate professionally, and treat customers with dignity and respect. You never know what someone may be dealing with personally, and hanging up on customers only adds to the frustration. We have sent multiple emails detailing the ongoing issues with the app and the poor treatment we have received, yet nothing has been resolved. Because of Globe Life's technical issues and failure to provide competent customer service, our payment may now be late even though we have always paid our premiums months in advance and have maintained our account responsibly. It is a crying shame that a company entrusted with protecting families cannot provide reliable customer service or maintain a functioning payment system. Globe Life needs to invest in better training for its representatives, improve its mobile app and online portal, and start treating loyal customers with the respect they deserve. I cannot and will not recommend Globe Life based on our experience. We expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, we received neither.

When trying to pay using my bank account I’m required to fill in a routing number of course. This automatically brings up the name of the financial institution but your app insists that I fill in the name of the said institution and won’t let me move forward. I then have to choose the pay by card option, which I don’t like. Perhaps if you fix this portion of the app I would give a higher rating. Also I think when choosing a policy number to pay on, when the number is selected the name on that policy should show. Thank you

I don’t recommend setting up auto pay through this app or GlobeLife! When you set up auto pay for a certain day, they will pull within 3 days regardless of the date set up, which for someone like me caused me to get hit with negative fees. This has happened twice. The first time I thought it was my mistake-this time it is clearly their own doing . They pull the amount they want and when they want. Best advice would be the “DEBIT PAY” which is bad for business
