App is easy to use, but I would like to see more information about my account instead of just the basics. I want to see how much of my payment goes to interest and how much to principal. I would also like to see a true account balance including interest and also a payoff balance. The website is the same way. Please update app to this century to show customers what they need to know.

Update! Thanks for fixing the issue!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 ~~~~~~~~~~ Every app on my phone, and I have a bunch, works except this one. I was able to open it twice when I first downloaded it acouple of weeks ago, and now I keep getting a message upon sign in that I have “no internet connectivity or slow conectivity” and to check my internet settings. That’s funny because I get into every other app inluding all the financial apps and safari internet app just fine. Maybe this is a developer issue and not an individual internet connectivity issue. 👎🏾

As has been the case with most of their customer tools, website, phone apps, etc., they provide only the most basic information to allow you to make a payment. No real account tools or insight into your account that are available in every other finance or banking app. You can make a payment today, but not schedule a payment for a future day. You can’t know what your payoff estimate is. It does not show how much is going to principle and hire much is going towards interest, etc. the last few days, facial recognition has not worked. Tried disabling and reenabling…hasn’t worked. Did before I think, but who knows? Summarized: yes, it will let you pay them money.
