Have been using this app for years, but now that chrome cast has been added, Apple TV link no longer works.

Extremely loud commercials
Love having the ability to watch some of my favourite global shows when I want, but the commercials are ear-drum-breaking! Why is such volume necessary?! All this encourages is that I mute my device volume (and therefore don't hear the ad your sponsors are paying you for). Ad volume should be equivalent to show volume; the disparity is ridiculous!
