The GEEKAY app’s point system is really disappointing. The way it’s designed makes it almost impossible to reach higher tiers like Platinum. Every time a full year passes, old invoices expire and your points drop — so even if you spend a lot, your total goes down instead of going up. Basically, you have to keep spending more and more just to maintain your level, which doesn’t feel fair or rewarding at all. The system needs to be improved so customers can actually benefit from their loyalty, not lose progress over time.

I have requested a refund for a pre order that i canceled “over a month “ago and the costumer service ignored me at first then when i started sending many emails and dms they told me it will be back soon, soon when? I don’t understand what kind of company takes over a month and half to give back a refund! Never in my life i have experienced this with any other company!

Conclusion: don’t make the purchase from this app, First few digital codes instantly delivered, then, they didn’t send my codes for my following purchase. I have sent several message to their stupid email, no responses. This company is not trustworthy. There is no channel to get refunds. Btw, Customer number never picked up.
