Gala - Bingo & Slot Games

Since I’ve gotten this app - it never seems to work. The struggle is real! I have really good internet and really good device I’m using this app on and it doesn’t open well, it doesn’t load up well either. And few times I’ve gotten on to play it seems chaotic inside it. So much stuff happening! Yes I keep up with updates! Yes I check regularly that my device is up to date with updates! No, I’ve done everything before I’ve decided to write this review and nothing have helped! I’ve only had it for few weeks, but I struggle. I’ve even checked the “Internet speed” on multiple occasions when trying to use this app! 3 stars because this app actually pays out well when it works!

My account has been banned from entering into promotions, despite me never having broken any rules and consistently spending some of my winnings on casino spins and bingo tickets. It is not right that I am not allowed to enter them, as I have not done anything wrong - I feel extremely betrayed by, and unsatisfied with, Gala Bingo as a result. I was really happy with and enjoyed using the app and website before this happened. I don’t see why I am not allowed to enter them as they are there for the purpose of being used and enjoyed by customers of Gala Bingo, which I am. I messaged the Facebook page regarding this, asking for a reason as to why my account had been banned from entering into promotions, and I just received a reply stating that it was a business decision so I couldn’t be told why this had been put into place. Absolutely disgraceful and if these limits aren’t removed from my account soon then I will be moving my business to a different gambling site that doesn’t rob you of what you are entitled to, such as Sky Vegas or 888Casino. I will also be leaving this same negative review on all review platforms and recommending that my friends and family delete their accounts on the site, to protect them from the scam that is evidently being run by Gala Bingo. Appalling.

I play bingo only occasionally but play slots a scratch card a few times a week. The reason I don’t play bingo is like one off your other reviews I have read is that the same names keep coming up no matter what time of day or which bingo house you play. I have tried playing just 6 cards or as many as you could buy, still only the odd win, but never say 1 line then the next two lines or a line then the full house. However, at least a couple of names appeared as winners time and time again, this also used to happen when Gala Bingo was on the TV before the app to play on line. It even happens in the bingo halls the same people win time and time again, when you are waiting for one number it is so maddening when one of those said people call and win the game. In the halls you hear people around you tut tutting and whispering “them again” , I also know that some have stopped playing Bingo because of this, as they are limited to only being able to afford the minimal number as they like to most days for the company and chats. Is that what you want New younger players? I will continue to play the slots etc until I think the Bingo will seem to being played fairer where by lots of different names appear as winners.
