I’ve been a dedicated user of FROMM and genuinely love the idea of connecting with the artists I support. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been frustrating. I’ve reached out via email regarding an issue with my account and have yet to receive a single response. As fans, we invest our time, money, and emotions into this platform, so the lack of communication feels really disappointing. Please prioritize customer support — it’s the bridge between fans and artists, and it deserves the same care and attention. I really hope this gets resolved soon, because I want to continue enjoying the platform without unnecessary stress

Signed up for a free trial on browser then tried to use the app only for it to show no history of my order. Used the same email so I didn’t understand why nothing was showing up. It showed no order so I went back to payment to cancel subscription only to find no real option besides deleting my account. Proceeded to follow the website instructions only to be charged for account service that doesn’t even exist anymore! I can’t even log into my account to do anything because I deleted the account. The app just isn’t user friendly and the browser doesn’t really let you do anything without the app.

the app is great! very user friendly. however before purchasing a subscription be aware that Fromm may randomly sign you out and you won’t be able to get back in :( i read reviews of this happening to other people and had hoped that they fixed this issue, but unfortunately they still haven’t. also even if it locks you out of your account they still keep your subscription, so make sure to cancel it separately. it’s really frustrating. please fix this issue soon!!!
