This app has revolutionized the media consumption in our household especially for my 4 year old daughter and through her my husband’s and my faith and daily practices of our faith has grown exponentially. As adults it has refreshed our understanding of catechism through her eyes. She more often than anything else requests Brother Francis episodes, she also loves Slugs and Bugs, Philo and Sophie and we just discovered Benjamin Cello as well which I was blown away by the production value as well as the Catholic message! She has been reminding US to pray at meals, she sings praise songs daily while she plays and has been requesting to visit the Blessed Sacrament in our parish’s adoration chapel so much so that I’m making it and middle of the week morning mass a weekly thing now and not just reserved for Sundays! She comes to be regularly through the day and says, “mommy, I Love Jesus!” Formed has made faith in Christ SOOOO real and attainable for her and for us too!! I love the adult content as well that has brought the saints to life for me! My husband and I are both Cradle Catholics and have never before felt such an impact on our daily faith and prayer lives as this app has provided for our family. Thank you FORMED AND people at the AUGUSTINE INSTITUTE for amazing family viewing and for helping us to grow in our faith as a family! Disney is SOLIDLY and OFFICIALLY a second class citizen in our household now praise God!

I absolutely loved FORMED. I believe it has completely changed my faith to where I am such on fire. I feel like the Holy Spirit is really guided me in this area and FORMED has been the Avenue. I am so grateful to the people who founded the Augustine Institute with the online platform and inspiration. I tell all I can think of about it and I try to get them to sign up and even if they are not Catholic. I feel like it pertains to all Christians in every aspect. And I also believe that The Holy Spirit wants us to all be one. Jesus wants us To be one in the body of Christ. My favorite ones...hard to just pick a few because love so many but I love Timothy Gray, Scott Hahn and you can’t hardly beat so many of the things on here Chris Stephnick is incredible. These people are inspired inspired by the Holy Spirit and I am so thankful for them. If you are trying to decide it it’s worth it to get formed it’s not even a debate I promise you will not regret a moment. The more and more I learn the more and more I want to learn. When my daughters get a little older one is 23 months the other is 2 months I might re-evaluate going back to school with something taking online. I already have my masters in unrelated field in healthcare but I love listening and learning on here cannot get enough.

As a Protestant, I’ve grown as a Christian through listening to many of the offerings through Formed. I feel I get to go to this “virtual” seminary at the touch of a finger. Since one of our sons has become Catholic, my husband and I have begun to study what Catholics really believe. Besides some clear differences in the doctrines and the traditions of the Catholic and Protestant church, there are also some important parts to our walk with God that are often ignored or skipped in the Protestant church. For example, the inward focus of our conscience. I don’t think I’ve heard this element before and I really treasure it. I hear in different formats of God’s grace and mercy. Though there are several more outward things that Catholics have in worship, Formed has no legalism attached to these practices. I really love the dialogue-style teaching you offer. Besides the investigation of truth in these talks, the manner in which respect and listening is exhibited is the thing the church needs to see. (We also need to see respectful disagreement of one another, don’t we?). It is good to witness Christlikeness. This really is a rare practice…where we dialogue, listen, ask each other questions, and so on. I appreciate the humble spirit of this at Formed. And, I do have to say that I love all the instructors but I especially love Dr. Tim Gray and his steady, clear, and gracious and excellent and studious instruction. Thank you so much for offering what you do on Formed for a very affordable price. “God’s grace is greater than all our sin”!!!! Praise the Lord.
