This buggy app has got less buggy over time but the forced updates are frustrating. By definition the most common times to use the app would be at the airport / away from home, where you need to find a WiFi connection to make the uodate work/ or burn data for a neglible improvement, If that. You would think with all the updates that if you move a flight you wouldn't have to pay separate payments for booked seats and the difference in flight cost... But no. So nice idea, sadly after a long period of time the execution is still lacking
Rarely do companies make it so difficult to book. Tried on chrome, safari, desktop, mobile and finally downloaded the app. When I get to the booking page, they have a major issue that prevents entering information. How are you supposed to operate an airline company?
This is a good idea, we needed this app. Now can we have a way to have our banking details to securely stored on the app to make it easy on a checkout point?
