Fleet Farm

The app is okay-ish, but it will not stay on my phone. It seems disorganized and the app seems to be all over the place. While trying to look for tack, I kept getting kicked back to the Home Screen or would accidentally click the $10 off thing that I had to often click the X on. No ad/coupon should pop up that much to be that annoying. I do not recommend having the app, just have a reward account for the points and ignore the app.

Navigating in the app is buggy. Tough to zoom in on weekly ad items and then back out. If you click on an item for details, there’s no way (that I could find) to get back to the ad, much less the page within the ad. The developers need to spend a bit more time with user testing.

This app has been marginal in effectiveness. When it works it is nice to have but I find it doesn’t work more often than it does. The search often comes up with no results when I know they carry the item I am looking for. I like the feature of my purchases being recorded but access to it is not always available because of the ineffective ability to launch the app. I’m hopeful they will resolve the many issues they have because I am a Fleet Farm fan and apps can be so helpful.
