This app is trash. I’m sorry but chauvet missed the mark with this one. Done a wedding this past weekend and had my par up lights ata steady color. When the dancing part came, I pushed the play button for another show I created and they all went dark! Not reliable at all! And it seems that EVERYONE is having issues and they are not doing any updates to correct issues. Your fixtures work better on stand alone than using this app!

Before this latest update the app and my gear worked flawlessly. Now I have lost most, if not all control of 24 Freedom Par Hex4’s and on multiple occasions, because the uplighting package we promised is now busted, refunded clients their money- and feel like an idiot. No response from Chauvet tech support either. I hope to God that before someone downloads the update they by some good fortune read these reviews and it stops them from updating. Thanks for nothing, Chauvet.

You shouldn’t need to pay for additional gear to make something work that had been working flawlessly. This app update is not intuitive whatsoever. With the new update that isn’t compatible with the FlareCON1, how are we to control our fixtures? Chauvet rolled out the new update over the holidays and they are leaving mobile DJs and gigers stranded with their gear. No information how to program. Nothing online. A non intuitive bandaid update on an otherwise straightforward app.
