I’ve reported a lot of issues like dead animals and illegal dumping. The issues are normally solved within a few days. Just because an issue is closed doesn’t mean they’re ignoring it! I had a safety issue and tripping hazard I reported closed with seemingly no resolution. Then, I got a call from the city a couple days later asking for some additional information, so they could fix it.
