Let me start off by saying that the sales guy was a pleasure to deal with super nice guy super convincing easy to talk to. As soon as I signed up for the service that all changed customer service is horrible. From the trainers to supervisors to the people who just answered the phone, they are arrogant. Unpleasant to talk to and make you feel like it is an inconvenience that you are even calling them. I cannot say one good thing about anyone in customer service. First, I requested a change within days of signing up and they didn’t want to change it until finally I threatened to leave a negative review which got their attention and only then they made the changes. With those changes was a credit which was also a huge struggle to get fully credited towards the account. Field pulse could care less about your success. They are only in it to take your money. That’s why they force you into a contract. Think about it, if their service was that good they wouldn’t need a contract. The contract is to lock you in to a bad situation with their customer service. Our account never went live nor did we ever use any of their services and so far I’ve already paid out-of-pocket over $500 and now they want close to 1000 for me to cancel the contract. DONT DO IT!!! You’ll regret it too. Also worth mentioning I’ve been asking for a cancellation amount and invoice so I can pay it and Andrew Jones literally threatened to send me to collections. This is the type of treatment you get at field pulse.

App is pretty good but I have a couple of things to recommend. One being auto correct, sometimes autocorrect doesn’t work and it will autocorrect to a word that not even English. Secondly, my techs and feel that comments and field notes should be editable. There are times where we need to edit our notes for spelling and or grammar mistakes. Also, there are times when I need to edit a comment if there was additional scopes of work performed on that same day. PLEASE help us out and make this available in the next update.

This app looks great, definitely an improvement over the old version. I just don’t understand why the old app wasn’t just updated. I’ve been using the previous version for months without knowing about this one. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to see the duration of a job like in the old app. Only way I’ve found is to do the math on when the job was marked “in progress” to when it’s “complete”
