The app itself is great, but but for the price that we have been paying every single month for almost a year, we’ve only had to reach out to you guys twice. In both instances it required up to a week and then one instance two weeks to get a simple response back we are paying nearly $300 a month and it is absolutely ridiculous that a basic question where we are asking about spending more money to add on services, takes two weeks to get a response back. Your chat tells you to close the chat and we will message you separately then send an email to which we reply to. However, the email says that we’ve not heard back from you even though it is a response to us following up with the question, you try to call the 1855 number, and it tells you we’re busy try sending us a message and then hangs up. That wouldn’t be an issue if the chat conversation doesn’t go idle for 3 to 4 days before somebody actually responds to it based on our experience so far this year I can guarantee that we will not renew as there is no way that we are two for two on terrible response time and terrible service.

Responsive customer service we just onboarded with them and they have addressed our concerns and been very responsive. We moved away from other providers because the customer service was patchy and the apps worked so so or weren’t intuitive. The app is VERY intuitive to use and navigate and almost doesn’t need training. There’s some back end settings they have to enable or disable on your account to your liking to make it do what you want but so far the pros outweigh the workarounds we’re navigating. Top notch customer service though, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed and so far the integrations seem pretty substantial to allow you to do whatever you want. For reference we have a 14 person company so I do think you need at least one full time admin to be able to really use the software (I think there are simpler options out there if you’re a one man show) but for companies that are looking to scale I feel this is an app you can grow with for sure. Wow what a timesaver this app is I spent quite a while researching different apps that wanted to charge an arm and a leg for subscriptions that I could not afford. being a one-man show, it’s not worth $50 a month or more for me to subscribe to software. I was absolutely blown away by the free version here and how many features it actually has. This app has helped me save so much time and get more organized as well as be able to put out estimates more accurately and quicker than ever before. The only thing I wish I could do that this app doesn’t offer with the free version is attach more than 10 photos to a job. Big props to the makers of this app. it is by far the best software for contractors with a free version I have come across in my 15 years of business
