Fetch Park Member App

Not working, cannot see any info after recently update. And also not working by deleting and download again.

I am able to open everything and switch between pages. Pictures are distorted and there’s limited options to actually adjust the profile for me or my dog. Make sure to combine vacc paperwork into one pdf if you want to upload it— you can also email it to them. Overall, it feels only partially complete. That being said, I recommend the app to first time visitors. It definitely streamlined the registration process and getting the email about a free first visit was a delightful surprise! Hopefully they’ll update the app soon and prioritize improving current features over adding any new ones. I’d rather have limited features with complete functionality than more features with limited functionality.

The app is a great idea, if it worked. Doesn’t work unfortunately, can’t upload vaccine info for dogs, and won’t save changes. Tried on multiple phones, and still doesn’t work. Very unfortunate and will cost Fetch revenue if they continue to push that this is the only way to get into the park. The app is simply not ready for primetime.
