Fasting Tracker • Easy Fast

The title might sound funny, but it’s true. The app keeps track of my fasting, so I never have to look at or remember or write down the time that I start my fasts. Never again. Interestingly enough, I also forget I’m fasting because I’ve stopped paying attention to time. This makes time go by much faster, and I find the fasts to be totally stress free. I’ve broken timed fasts only a few times, because my body was telling me I needed to eat. All I have to do is end the fast and reset the clock as soon as I start the next fast. I save all my fasts so I can look at the calendar and feel pleased at my progress and feel proud of my commitment to my health. I don’t use all the features, so I can only speak to the Fast tracker. Extremely reliable app. Have not yet had a problem. Thank you so much for creating this app. It’s a huge asset to my day-to-day life. I am so grateful to be able to rely on it. All the best, Monica
