Why it doesn’t upgrade

I registered my account on this app . And i started getting likes and interests. So i decided to pay for the subscription and as soon as I paid, i never received a message or got any form of interest. It was like I just shut the bridge! Oo and goodluck getting a response from their support team and that is if they actually have one !!!

When creating a profile, it was simple adding a picture was difficult. There is nowhere to put a bio. I can’t see my profile to edit or change anything on there. Also, any button I press I have to pay a membership to see which I think is ridiculous. going through the other People on here as well if I were to match with any of them, I can’t even message them because I have to pay so this app is only for people who are willing to pay the $30 a month to even be able to actually use it properly. I think this app is a waste of time and a waste of everybody’s money.
