Wild: Adult Casual Dating App

I really appreciate this app and it being user friendly. One thing I don’t understand is that I finally get my first “Like” and you guys are holding it hostage from me. After all this time to set everything up the way you suggested, posting plenty of pics and filling out my profile thoroughly following the rules then finally getting my first “Like” and i can’t even see who it is without forking over money to see it. At least let us have a few Freebies to start with and then ask for money PLUS I can’t pay anything on here because it’s charged automatically to my iTunes account and that doesn’t work for obvious reasons as that would totally wreak havoc at home. Yes my problem but if you could give another option for paying for the service (ie: Gift Cards or an option to use a different way to pay other than automatic payment through iTunes! Thank You for listening and I’ll continue on doing what I can for now.

This app is horrible. I made a profile, posted photos and began to connect with users. For some reason they continually pushed me to verify my photos which I thought was an elective process I could choose to do if and when I wanted to. At first they kept deleting my pictures even though there was nothing about them that violated the terms of service. My face was shown clearly in each and they were appropriate. When I messaged their support to ask why my photos kept getting deleted they then deleted my whole account. I messaged them again and demanded to know why and they accused me of being fake. No proof. No information- just accused me of being fake out of nowhere. I was exasperated. I then sent them a reply with t he thumbs up selfie they require for photo verification and they told me I would have to submit a picture of my ID as well! Nowhere in their terms does it mention sending them pictures of my ID. I don’t want all that personal information going to some nameless person in a support office. They now refuse to communicate with me and seem to not understand why I am upset and took a haughty attitude with me. Horrible customer service. Just pure awful. Stick with tinder. This app apparently has a support team on an even worse power trip than theirs has.
