Fantasy app crashes frequently and the servers are slower that a snail. Buying credits on the app takes forever to get into your card, sometimes up to a day. Sometimes it doesn’t even get into your account. TL;DR: sluggish app with poor servers and frequent app crashes, reloading card on app takes forever to get into your card.

Always crash to make the payments l, even the is success, the app show the payment failed it will still deducted the credit in my bank account. It make me pay two times you know?

Useless app with useless function. I bought a card via the app and it was stated to redeem at counter. However, the cashier told me that I cannot buy via the app and can only buy card via counter. So, the card that I bought via app is basically useless and non redeemable. Pls remove the buy card function if you’re unable to implement it in-stores. WASTED MONEY FOR NON EXISTENT CARD
