Exotic India has been an incredible find for me. I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years now. Their app is precise and easy to use. You can browse any volume and the feature that allows you to take a peek in to the book is pure gold! The details of each volume is painstakingly provided, and this really helps the discerning buyer navigate their purchase. Their fulfillment and customer service also is top notch. Any issues are promptly dealt with, and I haven’t faced any issues to begin with.
Have ordered a bunch of statues and painting from this company, always great quality stuff and fast delivery. Even the app interface is very simple and fast. Highly recommend!
The app is great but the company isn’t. The company has a great selection…when they ship the items you ordered. It took over 3 weeks for my order to be shipped out, which in of itself isn’t that big of a deal but what is the issue is that this company ignored every single email I sent them asking about the status and ignoring my requests to cancel. Even if it wasn’t possible a email back would have been nice especially when someone is throwing $100 towards your company. Not only that, had they communicated better they could had told me that half of my order wasn’t able to be shipped for whatever reason. Kinda defeats the purpose to tell me that when I got the “out for delivery” notification before I got that email. This company needs to figure out how to keep the stock accurate so someone doesn’t have to go through this. Or at least…you know…email people back. This is not how you run a company.
