This company feels like it’s ran by amateurs or children. The customer service stinks. The equipment is faulty. They answer to inquiries “in the order received,” which ends up sometimes a couple of weeks later. So if that’s true they have even bigger problems. This new App looks better but is very buggy with the spinning wheel of death when trying to view calendar events. EverLights have been one problem after another since day one. $17,000 installation by EverLights and said 3 years later after a failure with the equipment that the piece “should be placed inside the building” because the humidity would keep causing failure. THEY INSTALLED IT! They’re in over their heads and struggle with Low IQ based on some of the things that come out of their own mouths or are written in emails like a twelve year old. Find someone else for your lights. One STAR is too generous!
Spent 30 + k to install these lights on my home. A few months after install the lights stopped working. Took my installer months to come back and replace a bad strip of led’s. Now that they are working the app does not work correctly. Events and schedules do not work, app does not work at all on my wife’s phone. Worst money ever spent.
While I love my lights I HATE this app. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times because it just stops connecting. And now when I reinstall not only do I lose my list of made lights I no longer have the pre-installed list. If I had another way to control my lights I would happily delete this POS.
Invisible by day, radiant at night. A smarter, safer and more colorful solution to lighting your home that you never need to take down.
