I am very satisfied with A3 Smart Home products, and the outstanding service they provide. I go and come in peace, feeling secure and protected. The times I have inadvertently tripped my alarm, support staff calls are prompt, professional, more than pleasant! Tech Support, always a critical factor in doing business, has been great! A couple minor hiccups at installation were dealt with promptly and professionally. Have had service by another well-known company; no complaints, just chose to try someone new. A3 SH prices/products are competitive. Have recommended to family n’ friends. A3 is still growing and not in all regions yet.

I have used a lot top DIY solutions and I ended up with 10 apps. The integration of all the functions in one app offers great possibilities. We can unlock the front door from the doorbell view, the thermostat goes to off position when a window is left open for more than 20 minutes (you can choose), the best is that the thermostat will resume the program when the windows is closed, etc. Some improvements could be a better weather app (you don’t have the current temperature, just the range of the day), found the video can be a little bit challenging. If you look for a very good and integrated solution, you found it!

Cons: Some of the app is great and some is not. Anytime the door bell rings I can not connect and there is no internet issues. When I click on the other cam notifications I have a 50/50 chance to get an error. Also my notifications get turned off (3 or 4 times for both users) and it’s not us. I found out there is an issue with iPhones.
Pros: it is fairly user friendly. They are working on the iPhone issue. Love the quick view playback of the day.
