The view is not compatible with iPhone 15 , I can’t see the end of the screen can’t click on continue button because it’s down and not clickable and can’t go past few questions in the online chat cause I can’t go down.

I am facing an issue where it says to update and then in iOS App Store it just doesn’t update and leaves me without accessing app. The worst part is I see same reviews from users since years now and looks like the app developer is not bothered at all. Didn’t expect this from Etihad at all. Also when you try to see statement it says will show statement here for a month but unfortunately it only shows 4-5 days and nothing more, another disappointing feature in the app. Really etihad should change vendor or get their internal people upto speed. Update as of May 2024, still something or the else comes up and now there is ko way to save id and password or have FaceTime. Everytime you have to enter details to login really why to even have an app in that case

In ios phone when try to start app, it shows only update link and no other option to skip the update or update later etc. Hence we click the update button in the app startup screen. It takes to Apple store to update the app. Now here surprised to note that app doesnot have any update pending. So again we open the app from app store and same process keeps repeating without any update actually happening nor able to pen the app. Eithad guest IT team please look into this serious issue, as i can see fee user written this feedback one year before also.
