If you go into the store and order at the register, they say you can add points later through the app. That definitely does not work. The app directs you to the website. So I log into the website from an iPhone, which is somewhat of an ordeal because it doesn’t remember user id and password and gives warnings about using Safari, blaming Apple. Then the website is clearly messed up. No points, no way to add them, wasting my time. C’mon team, get it together. Other apps work beautifully in Apple’s ecosystem. Ordering might be better using the new V4 app, but points management is terrible.

Love Erik’s.. god know I eat there quite a bit. The only complaint is when they give rewards for loyalty on money you have spent .. there’s a time limit on how long they last. I have lost two ten dollar rewards over that. I think that is lame. You should be able to have those rewards until you use them.

I would love to give this 5 stars because I really like Erik’s in general, and they seem to be trying to offer healthier choices...but based on my experience with their app it’s not quite 5 stars. I love the convenience of the app, and our order is always ready when we get there, however every single time I’ve used the app (at least 7 times), my sandwich has not been made according to my order preferences. It’s close, but there’s always something missing or different. Luckily for Erik’s and for me, even an incorrect sandwich from Erik’s is yummy!
